Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
